Project Nirmaan
Co-founder, Director
Project Nirmaan focuses on the development of tribal villages across India, with its first stage implementing smokeless chulhas in the village of Rasabeda, Jharkhand, improving their health by reducing smoke exposure by 90%. The project addresses critical health issues like respiratory and cardiovascular diseases caused by traditional firewood stoves. It also works to preserve the endangered community of 156 residents through health improvement and awareness. Throughout the project, I gained valuable skills in fundraising, resource management, impact evaluation, and project management, including navigating legal compliances and handling financial documentation.
Independent Researcher
Money Dynamics Of Agriculture
Conducted independent research on how government policies affect the economic sustainability of farmers in India, interviewing over 50 farmers from various income brackets and several government officials, including IAS officers. The research identified key challenges in policy implementation and explored potential improvements. Through this process, I developed strong communication skills, financial and economic analysis capabilities, and research expertise. The project is being evaluated for international qualification through Cambridge University, with plans for journal publication.​
The Teenovators Club
Founder
The Teenovators Club brings together young individuals passionate about entrepreneurship and finance from over 15 schools across four countries, offering them mentorship from alumni of prestigious institutions like the IIMs. Members engage in monthly modules covering essential startup skills such as design thinking and market research, with access to a founder's club for tailored resources and a networking directory for collaboration. Through this, I built an international network and honed team management and delegation skills, working with school heads to drive progress and meet objectives.
Investing And Portfolio Fund Allocation In The Indian Stock Market
I analyzed the Indian stock market using both fundamental and technical indicators, managing both long-term and short-term investments. Over four years, I grew a borrowed seed capital of ₹1 lakh to ₹2.75 lakhs. Throughout this process, I developed key skills in risk management by diversifying investments into different asset classes, understanding market dynamics and the impact of external factors like geopolitical tensions, and maintaining emotional discipline to balance greed and fear in decision-making.
